Many organizations in world is lacking in leadership development, the main problem is not lack of talent but is motivation.. Generally, achieving of goals which was made is starting needs effective and efficient leaders. The top roles of any organization need different kinds of motivations. The skills of managers are measured on these four hallmarks; curiosity, insight, engagement and determination.

Many organizations don't know yet that how to develop a talented leader which make their staff effective, motivate them and ultimately leads them to achieve goals in efficient way. According to comprehensive studies of United States, the average rate of employee’s turnover including three quarters of volunteers has been growing for past six years.
 Less engagement and steady growing of employees in market extremely costing organizations. How can organizations in globe prevent waste of talent and create more effective development programs for employees all over the world?

·       First, by settling most important abilities for leadership roles at their organizations, including market understanding, team leadership and most important inclusiveness.
·       Second, by strictly imposing the potential of ambitious, hardworking, motivates managers.
·       Third, by creating a scale for measuring the strength of person in various roles at organization.

·       Fourth, by giving high opportunity , capabilities and possibilities, including jobs , advertisements promotions , they might be not eligible for that but can be talented to fit in that scale.
As the global competition is high the organization can't neglect, overlook or undo the internal talent while filling their C-suites and expensive external hires.

NEEDS AND SKILLS FOR A TALENTED LEADER

Needs and requirements always vary for different roles. Let’s consider a pharmaceutical company, who’s CEO, CFO and business unit heads would need three years down the road, given its midterm strategy. But this particular company was trying to adapt to the digital era, so the board also highlighted inclusiveness and team and change leadership as priorities, which were responsible for hitting demanding budgets.
Every Organization should similarly aim to identify the abilities that are most crucial for its top roles.

The Law of Wasted Effort

Do you know that lions only succeed in a quarter of their hunting attempts — which means they fail in 75% of their attempts and succeeds in only 25% of them.
